What is your return policy?
We are happy to refund items within 21 days from the date of arrival subject to our terms and conditions. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with their original packaging and designer garment tags still attached.
We are offering an extended returns policy for the festive season. All items that meet our returns policy purchased from 1 November 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchange until 15 January 2025.

How to Return?
- Please log in to your account to create a return and select your preferred return service. You will be emailed a return label or a QR code with instructions to follow. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of your return.
- Package your items carefully, by keeping them in their original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers). You will receive email updates on the progress of your return.
- If you have a problem with your item or your parcel weighs more than 5kg, please contact us before making a return.
- We cannot accept returns that are shipped to us using FedEx or TNT.
What happens next?
- You can track your returns progress by visiting my account.
- Within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been refunded.
- Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
