The gown arrived in pristine condition, with a very smart dust cover too, so thank you very much for arranging that. I'm very happy with it, have tried it on and she looks just gorgeous in it. In fact, there's not a lot of room for manoeuvre in the sleeves, so it's as well you steered me towards the 6 month size! Hat is roomy but not absurd. Am looking forward hugely to Sunday, and if we get a good picture, I'll e-mail it to you. Thanks again

I just wanted to drop you a line an thank you for the excellent service. The ladybird costume arrived this morning and I am extremely happy with it and the quality of the costume. It is definately value for money. This has to be the best internet site I have bought from as I have been kept informed from begining to end which is definately important when buying through the internet as I normally find myself wondering where my goods are two weeks later. We think it's excellent quality and our daughter has played with it every day since her (4th) birthday a month a go - not many toys are able to maintain a child's interest for that long. We particularly like the jigsaw type structure, which enables the child to fully explore the characteristics of the buildings in an interactive way. Superb!
